Plant Vs Zombies is one of my favorite games that I remember playing when I was in school. I played this 2GB RAM PC game without any graphics card with an ancient P4 processor. Let me tell you it worked phenomenally without any issues, there were no lags, crashes, or glitches.
The best part is that it took only 65+MB of storage on my hard drive making it a quite lightweight game. It is a classic tower defense game in which you prevent enemies from reaching the base or tower. In this game, enemies are Zombies that will be trying to reach your home. To prevent zombies from coming, I had to plant sunflowers which provided solar energy which allowed me to purchase different types of plants.

If strategy games are not your thing then I would recommend Max Payne from Rockstar. This is one of the best 2GB RAM action PC games under 500MB I have played in terms of story & action. Obviously, it doesn’t have top-notch graphics but it’s even enjoyable today & gameplay is decent. While the game is more than 20 years old it still has a cult-like following & there are also rumors of remaster editions in the works.
Coming back to the game, the story revolves around Max Payne an NYPD detective who gets caught in the world of mob & drugs. He is also looking to avenge the death of his wife or daughter which makes the game quite enthralling.

You will have to match three same-color balls to make them explode before the balls reach the hole at the center of the screen.
